How do I charge an amount with Pix from my phone?

Open Charge, pick the account, type the amount and show the QR or copy the code. The customer pays from their bank and the money goes straight to your account.

Where are my Pix keys stored?

Only on your device. You can download a backup and keep it wherever you like.

Is it free?

Yes. No sign-up, no ads and no limit on links or QR codes.

Do you store my number or logo?

No. Everything is built in your browser. Your number, message and logo are never sent to a server.

Does it work with WhatsApp Business?

Yes. It works with personal and Business accounts, on phones and computers.

Do links or QR codes expire?

No. They only stop working if you change numbers. Then make a new one and replace the printed ones.

How do I create a WhatsApp link with a message?

Type your number, pick your kind of business and Direct builds the wa.me link with the message ready. Copy it into your bio, website or ads.

How do I make a WhatsApp QR code with my logo?

Upload your logo in step 2: it goes in the center of the QR with your brand color. Download it as PNG, or SVG for printers, and test it with your camera before printing.

How do I know where customers come from?

In More options you create one link per social network. Each message ends with its channel, like “Found you on Instagram”, so you see it right in the chat.

How do I make a Pix QR code to print?

Choose “They pay me”, enter your Pix key, name and city. Direct creates the official static Pix QR code, with your logo if you like, and a sign ready for your counter. Works with any bank.

Does the money go through Direct?

No. The QR only holds your key, your name and the city. Payment goes straight from the customer's account to yours: Direct never touches the money or stores your details.

How do I add it to Instagram?

Paste the link in your profile's links field or in a link sticker on your stories.
